I have written a Free eBook titled:

Europeans have co-evolved with dairying.

80% of modern Europeans now have a genetic mutation, that enables them to digest cows' milk like a baby, right throughout their entire adult lives.

According to evolutionary geneticists, Europeans with the gene, would have had an 18% survival advantage, over Europeans without the gene.

A similar mutation occurred among Africans and spread to 80% of modern North Africans.
Other similar mutations occurred in India, Mongolia/Northern China and the Middle East.

Most people without such genes, can still digest and benefit from eating yoghurt, or the older, harder, matured cheeses.

POULTRY AS PETS

Do you love eating eggs.
But, never buy eggs.
Because of the way commercial hens are treated.

HENS AS PETS

POULTRY NEED FOOD, WATER, SHELTER, SPACE, COMPANY, ...

    Hens are generally easier to look after than ducks.

    Hens live about 9 years and ducks about 20 years.

    If you want birds for pets then you could get yourself a couple of hens or bantams, and let them loose in your back yard, rather than lock some poor canary or budgerigar up in some little cage.

EGGS

    If you want pure bred birds for eggs then buy top quality White Leghorn, Black Australorp, Rhode Island Red hens or Khaki Campbell ducks.

    Or, provide a good home for rescued battery hens.

    They can lay 300 eggs per year when they are young.
    And, fewer but larger eggs as they get older.

THE DEFINITION OF VEGANISM

“In this Memorandum the word "veganism" denotes a philosophy and way of living which seeks to exclude —as far as is possible and practicable—all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose; and by extension, promotes the development and use of animal-free alternatives for the benefit of humans, animals and the environment.”

“In dietary terms it denotes the practice of dispensing with all products derived wholly or partly from animals.”

VEGETARIAN is a DIET: VEGAN is a LIFESTYLE

I have been a Vegetarian, for more than 40 years, because I like animals.

I was a Vegan for 18 of those years.
But, after 17 years as a Vegan, my teeth started to break down.

So, after 18 years as a Vegan, I returned to drinking cows' milk.

Because, that way, I exploit the fewest animals for animal products for my diet, since it only takes 1 cow, 1 year in a dairy, to produce 8000 litres of milk.

Enough to drink 2 litres of milk per week for 80 years.

And, so I am now a Lacto-Vegan.

Since, I am still excluding, "—as far as is possible and practicable—", for me to be healthy, "all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose".

LACTO-VEGAN

SAVING ANIMALS 1000 AT A TIME

If you drank 2 to 4 litres of milk per week,
for 80 years,
you would have drunk 8,000 to 16,000 litres of milk.

The average Australian Dairy Cow produces that much milk in 1 to 2 years.

The average Australian Animal-Eater, eats more than 1000 animals, in a life-time.
So by becoming a Lacto-Vegan you can save more than 1000 animals.

Unfortunately,
and partly because of Vegan Anti-Milk Propaganda,
most Ex-Vegans,
go back to eating more than 1000 animals,
instead of becoming Lacto-Vegans.

They eat more than 1000 animals.
Instead of drinking milk from just 1 cow.

VEGAN ANTI-VEGETARIANISM HARMS ANIMALS

It only takes 1 cow, 1 to 2 years in a dairy, to produce 8000 to 16000 litres of milk, enough milk for a life-time.

So, when Vegan Propagandists convert a Lacto-Vegetarian to Vegan they save, 1 cow, 1 to 2 years in a dairy.

But, when that Vegan fails, as most of them do, and then goes back to eating 1000 animals, as most of them do, the Vegan Propagandists lose 1000 animals

If Vegan Propagandists really cared about animals they would tell the truth.

Stop their Anti-Vegetarian Propaganda.

And, stop setting healthy Vegetarians up to failure as Vegans.

Who, Vegan Propagandists then victim-blame, as 'not doing it right'.
